Bold & Co takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.

Data we process
- Contact form: name, email address, company, project type, indicative budget and timing (optional) and the content of your message. This information is sent to us by email from the website server; it is not stored on the website itself. To limit abuse, your IP address is kept in encrypted form for one hour at most.
- Email exchanges: the information you choose to share with us.
- Technical data: the website host may record connection logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security purposes.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention period
Exchanges that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact. Data relating to a contract is kept for the legal period applicable to accounting records.
Recipients
Only the Bold & Co team has access to your data, along with our technical service providers (hosting, email) strictly as far as necessary.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to it or request its portability, by writing to contact@boldandco.be. You may also lodge a complaint with theData Protection Authority (Belgium).
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It may store some browsing settings locally, without identifying you. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: none are loaded from a third-party service.
