Event
From the look of your event to its live broadcast.
A successful event takes a strong look and flawless technology.
At Bold & Co, we cover both: the design of everything your audience sees, on screen and in the room, and the live production that keeps your event running, on site and online.
Event design
One visual identity, from the screen to the room.

Live graphics
Your event, on air.
Opening and closing bumpers, virtual name tags, backgrounds, holding screens: we create the graphics package for your live streams and recordings.
Every element is derived from your identity, delivered in the right formats and ready for the control room. Your event looks like a broadcast show, from the first shot to the last.

Slides & screens
Screens that live up to your stage.
PowerPoint presentations, projection visuals, LED wall content: we design materials that are readable from afar, consistent with your identity and adapted to the technical format of each screen.
And because every event is unique, we also create the bespoke visual that represents it: the key visual you find everywhere, from the invitation to the stage.

On site
Your image, in the room too.
Roll-ups, badges, signage, floor plans: every piece guides your guests and extends the world of your event.
We design them and prepare them for print, in the right sizes and within production deadlines.
Live production
Filming, streaming, projection, show control: the technology that keeps your event running, in the room and online.

Multi-camera filming
Every moment, from the right angle.
Several cameras, a control room, a director: we film your conferences, keynotes, panels and evening events with a real director's eye.
Wide shots, close-ups, audience reactions, slides on screen: the edit happens live, for a smooth, professional result, streamed live or delivered after the event.

Streaming & broadcast
One live stream, every screen.
YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex or a private platform: we stream your event live, in broadcast quality, on the channels of your choice, and on several at once.
Fully online or hybrid events, remote speakers brought into the picture, live audience questions: we handle the connections, encoding and stream monitoring, from start to finish.

Projection & show control
In the room, nothing is left to chance.
Video projection, LED walls, confidence monitors, video and slide playback: our control room runs everything that appears on screen during the event.
We prepare the running order with you, test everything beforehand and stay at the controls on the day. You focus on your guests, we take care of the rest.
